My recent stay at Sonesta Essential Nw Houston was a mixed experience. the breakfast offerings were basic but satisfying with a waffle machine and scrambled eggs. the bright and newly renovated hallway led to a comfortable bed where I slept well. The standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful front desk clerks, especially Jewelisa, who went above and beyond to assist with our room issues. However, there were some drawbacks, including technical difficulties with amenities like the AC unit and toilet in the first room, as well as construction noise disrupting my morning peace. the room's temperature was also a bit warm for my liking. Despite these challenges, the staff's efforts to address the issues were commendable. Overall, Sonesta Essential Nw Houston offers a convenient location on Houston's northwest side with additional amenities catering to business travelers, such as meeting rooms and a business center. the hotel's proximity to corporate hubs and popular attractions make it a practical choice for both work and leisure trips.
